Student Retention Data

An annual retention report is prepared by the Office of Instructional Research. An excerpt from this report is shown in the graph. The retention figures are for first-time, degree seeking students who enrolled in Fall 2008 and returned in Fall 2009. Data are shown separately for first-time full-time degree-seeking students and for part-time degree-seeking students. Comparison data are provided for the New Jersey community college sector which includes all 19 county colleges. The data reported are from the National Center for Education Statistics Peer Analysis system.
