Head Coach: Michelle Hoxworth
As Head Coach of Cross Country, Hoxworth is developing and maintaining even stronger and more competitive teams for men's and women's cross country at Cumberland County College. She has implemented a strategic plan to make Cumberland County College Cross Country one of the most successful programs in the state, both academically as well as athletically. She has experience developing All American Athletes and District Champion Teams, as well as producing state level and meet of champion athletes. With her extensive exercise physiology background, she tailors workout programs to the needs of the individual as well as the team as a whole.

Coach Hoxworth brings a wealth of knowledge and extensive background in cross-country and track and field events. While pursuing her B.A. degree, she achieved All American and All Conference honors for cross country and track and field. She was honored by the National Consortium for Academics and Sports. In addition, she has a Health and Exercise Science degree with Teacher Certification and is presently teaching at Cumberland Regional High School.

Coach Hoxworth also co-currently serves as both the Head Spring Track as well as Head Winter Track and Field Coach at Cumberland Regional High School. Through her active recruiting at CRHS, the track team now boost's the largest number of athletes in school history. Her athletes have earned the most points in dual and competitive meets, received the most individual medals, finished second and third in the state, and had the most qualify for the Meet of Champions.

Also, a proponent of cross-training, Hoxworth herself is active in soccer, playing in the 3v3 Major League Soccer Tour. However, if you want to catch a glimpse of her at Cumberland County College, you are sure to see her running through the campus.
