A $20 one-time non-refundable registration fee will be applied to all new students. Students that have attended Summer Academy for Kids in the past 36 months and have current paperwork on file will not be required to pay this fee.

Office
You are always invited to come into our offices to sign up for classes. Office hours are from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Our office is located in the Academic Building on the first floor.  The closest parking lot to the Academic Building is parking lot E.

Your receipt will be mailed in about a week. When you receive it, don’t forget to file it away for taxes next year. Our tax ID number is 22-1779135.

Class Selection – age 5 to 13

Each week, you may choose from a selection of classes in the morning and in the afternoon. Please use the course name when filling out the registration form. If you require either before and/or after care, please check the appropriate area on the registration form. We always urge parents to sign up early for classes to ensure that the children will get into the classes they want most. All classes in this age group are $75.00 per class or half day session. Several classes in each age group that require additional materials have a $15.00 lab fee associated with them. Children taking those classes will either travel every day to a location or will bring home projects that they will keep.

Class Selection – age 14 to 17
For the teen camps, most weeks offer either a morning or afternoon session. However, there are some weeks when the session is a full day, mostly due to travel. We ask that when students sign up for these camps they plan to stay for a full day. All classes in this age group are $90.00 per class or half day session. For students taking a full day, a discounted price of $160.00 has been extended. By nature, these courses are more robust and better suited to teens. The additional costs for the teen camp cover materials, travel, and instruction. 

Only a limited number of spaces are available in each class. Applicants will be accepted and registered on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date their completed applications are received, including required documentation. Applications will be accepted until all spaces are filled.
