What is an Access Code?
After a successful Login to Blackboard students may be prompted to enter an access code. A handful of CCC courses require an access code in order to view proprietary materials provided by the book publisher. Typically, courses will have a 15 day temporary access code but once expired students will no longer be able to access the course without puchasing an access code. Books purchased through the college bookstore usually will include the access code in a booklet bundle. Access codes are normally located in the other side of the front cover or the back cover of the booklet. Students purchasing used books or borrowing books will need to purchase the access codes through online(Vista/CE License) or the college bookstore.
