Deborah Bradshaw is Senior Director of Theatre Programs and comes to
CCC from a professional performing career in NYC spanning 20 years.
Deborah's Broadway credits include Les Miserables, Phantom of The
Opera and The Radio City Christmas spectacular.  As Mrs. Claus, Debbie
created the role of a big band singing Mrs. Claus with 6 songs in the
Christmas Spectacular.

She has traveled extensively throughout the US in National Tours and
regional theatres including Sound of Music with Debbie Boone, Fiorello
with Tom Bosley; Camelot with Noel Harrison; Wizard of Oz with Paul
Williams & Jo Anne Worley; Cabaret with Bert Convey; Superstar with
David Cassidy; Martin Guerre with Judy Kuhn & Patrick Cassidy to name
a few.

Deborah hails from Charlotte, NC and received a BA and the first ever
Degree awarded in Musical Theatre from Appalachian State University in
Boone, NC.   After performing in NYC for almost 20 years, Debbie
earned her MA in Theatre from New York University.

Debbie loves the music of Oscar Peterson, Jimi Hendrix and Luciano
Pavarotti and is married to former Opera SInger from Indiana
University, Kevin Bartley.  They met while performing at Musicana
Supper Club in West Palm Beach, FL.  From there they were hired by
Burt Reynolds to perform in Camelot where they earned their Actor's
Equity Cards.  Debbie has remained a proud member of AEA for 36 years!

The CCC Theatre Department is an award winning program boasting awards
from The Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival (Excellence
in Directing for The Odd Couple & 6 student nominations for the
prestigious Irene Ryan Award); Broadway world.com (Top 10 shows in
Philadelphia & Best Non-Equity theatre in NJ for Les Miz); NJ
Association of Community Theatres Perry Awards (Outstanding Direction
of a Musical & Outstanding Lead Actress awards alongside 9 nominations
for Les Miserables; August: Osage County garnered Outstanding Leading
Actress award & nominations for Outstanding Direction,  Overall
Production, Lighting, Scenic Design & Best Youth Actress) to our
spectacular invitational performance of Little Shop of Horrors
performing at Walt Disney World, our theatre department has made quite
an impact for CCC.

Deborah is very proud to have written the specialized AFA Theatre
/Acting degree program and curriculum.  "The casts of actors, singers
