Allied Health Activation

An activation form must be submitted by the appropriate deadline for new and current students requesting to be considered for entry into one of the selective Healthcare Programs. Once an activation form has been received, the student's file will be reviewed for required documents. Complete files will be considered for entry into professional course work the following Fall.

RN - Nursing - October 1st through February 1st



LPN-RN Challenge - July 1st through November 1st



Radiography - January 3rd through March 31st



Practical Nursing - October 1st through February 1st



Applicants to the above programs are required to follow the Healthcare Program admissions procedure and submit materials to Enrollment Services prior to consideration for admission into any of the selective Healthcare Programs.
