Deadline for Fall 2014 Tuition Balance: August 5th 2014

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

 

PAY ONLINE – with a debit card or credit card through the Portal (MY CCC PORTAL). In the portal, please refer to the WebAdvisor Tutorial. How to make payment. (Located in the upper right of the screen). 
MAIL PAYMENT – If you are mailing your payment, please mail no later than July 29th to meet the August 5th 2014 deadline. 
PAYMENT PLAN – Log on to student portal (MYCCC PORTAL) and click on the student services banner, select Bursar, and select payment plan. This link will give you details about CCC’s payment plan and instruct you on how to set up your payment plan. You are required to have a bank account or a credit card in order to use our payment plan – all payments are done electronically. Also, there is a separate $25 service fee (each semester) to use this plan.   
PAY IN PERSON – cash, check, and debit card, credit card (we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). The Bursar’s Office is open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., and until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesdays.
LATE PAYMENT PROMISSORY NOTE AGREEMENT - Any students that have registered can utilize a late payment agreement. This will defer your payments until October 14, 2014. You may review the agreement in person ​at the Bursar office. There is a $25 non-refundable service fee that must be paid to activate.

SCHOLARSHIPS/FINANCIAL AID OPTIONS:

 

Please contact the following offices at (856) 691-8600 if you have not made a final tuition payment:


Agency or business paying – A letter must be received in the Bursar Office in person or via fax to: (856) 691-6483 no later than July 29th 2014 from the agency or business indicating that they are responsible for your bill. If you have questions about your payment, contact Bursar’s office at ext. 1463.
Financial Aid – If you have applied for financial aid and have not been notified of your award amount or eligibility status, contact the CCC Financial Aid Office immediately at (856) 691-8600 ext. 1280. If your award amount is insufficient to cover your costs, you must pay the balance due noted above by the August 5, 2014 deadline to reserve your course(s).

If you choose not to attend CCC, it is your responsibility to submit a withdrawal form to the Office of Enrollment Services or withdrawal through the portal in order to not incur a bill. NOT attending class does not complete the process – you must complete a withdrawal form.


Nelnet is the eCashier service used by CCC to provide students with the option to follow a payment plan. For more info click on the Payment Plan 2014-2015 in the Documents web part below or go to directly to the link provided below.

The last day to enroll in the Payment Plan for the Fall 2014 semester is September 6, 2014. You are required to put down 50% of your total bill as well as a $25 enrollment fee. Your payments thereafter will be charged monthly, beginning on September 20th.


*NOTE: Monthly payments are automatically charged on the 20th of the month. DO NOT assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online through mypaymentplan.com or call the Cumberland County College Bursar's Office at 856.691.8600 ext. 1463 to confirm the change.*
