Get a Library Card

Faculty and Staff must register for a Library Card. If you do not have a Library card, you cannot borrow material. In addition, the Library card must be used each time loans are made. All patrons (including faculty) are responsible for the control of their cards.

A Library card can be obtained at the Circulation Desk. Please present your employee ID card for registration.

For full-time Faculty and Staff, the Library card has an expiration date of three (3) years from the original registration date. For Adjunct Faculty, the Library card expires at the end of the semester. When the card expires, visit the library to have it renewed.

A Staff member may not borrow materials if he/she has any overdue material or owes any extended use fees (fines). Once the obligations have been settled, borrowing privileges are restored.

The library card is non-transferable. Spouses and other family members of county residents are eligible for individual cards. Young adults under the age of 18 do not have borrowing privileges at the College Library. Out of county residents (excluding CCC employees) have to pay a $50.00 annual non-resident fee to obtain a Library card.

If employee status is terminated, please contact the College Library.

The Library reserves the right to modify this information at anytime.
