Smart Boards 

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by Cumberland County College at 3322 College Drive, Vineland, New Jersey 08360 until 1:30 PM on Thurs. Sept.25, 2014, and will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter in the Administration Building for the following:

 

8 Smart boards, cabinets, Blu-ray w/WiFi, and cameras Copies of the bid document can be obtained by e-mailing coster@cccnj.edu or by calling 856-691-8600 ext. 1202.

 

Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27; New Jersey Public Law 1977 Chapter 33, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 and New Jersey Public Law 2004, Chapter 57.

 

Bidding shall be in conformance with the applicable requirements of N.J.S.A. 18A:64A-25.1 et seq., pertaining to the “County College Contracts Law”.

 

Bidders must comply with P.L. 2001, c.134 & P.L. 2004, c.57 and must submit a copy of their NJ Business Registration Certificate that is issued by the NJ Department of Treasury/Division of Revenue in order for their proposal to be accepted, subject to P.L. 2009, c. 315.

 

The Board of Trustees of Cumberland County College reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to award contract in part or whole and to waive any informalities in the proposal should it be deemed in the best interest of the Board of Trustees of Cumberland County College to do so.

 

If your proposal is accepted, an award will be made, as the law requires, through a formal Board of Trustees Resolution.

 

No Bidder may withdraw his/her proposal within sixty (60) days after the actual proposal is received and opened by the College.




Capture Video and Audio
