Lease of Office Trailers

Notice is hereby given that The Board of Trustees of Cumberland County College is requesting sealed bids from vendors regarding Lease of Office Trailers



Sealed bids will be opened on Friday Feb. 27 at 3:00 PM in the Administration Building. It is anticipated that the College’s Board of Trustees will award the contract at its regularly scheduled Board of Trustees meeting on Thursday, March 19, 2015.



Copies of the Request for Bids are available by e-mailing coster@cccnj.edu. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the name of the BID, “Lease of Office Trailers” clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. Bids must be made on the standard proposal form and must be accompanied by either a bid bond, certified check or a cashier’s check drawn to the order of the Cumberland County College for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid. Bids may not be faxed, e-mailed or transmitted over the telephone.



Any additional information or responses to questions altering or interpreting these specifications will be shared with all vendors by an addendum. To ensure adequate time for the College to respond, no requests for additional information will be accepted after Monday Feb. 23, 2015



The College assumes no responsibility for delays in any form of carrier, mail or delivery service causing the bid to be received by the Purchasing Agent later than the above referenced scheduled deadline.



Nothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible vendor or in any way restrain or restrict competition. All responsible vendors are encouraged to submit bids. Final selection of vendor(s) shall be made by the Cumberland County College Board of Trustees by formal resolution.



The Board of Trustees of Cumberland County College reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids submitted in the best interest of the College, and to waive any informalities in the bid should it be in the best interest of the College. If awarded a contract, your company/vendor shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. No Bidder may withdraw his/her bid within sixty (60) days after the actual bid is received and opened by the College.



If your bid is accepted, an award will be made, as the law requires, through a formal Board of Trustees Resolution. Bids are solicited through a Fair & Open process in accordance with the law N.J.S.A. 19:44A – 20.4 et seq.



All respondents must comply with P.L. 2001, c.134 & P.L. 2004, c.57 and must submit a copy of their NJ Business Registration Certificate that is issued by the NJ Department of Treasury/Division of Revenue in order for their bid to be accepted, subject to P.L. 2009, c. 315.





ADVERTISEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE

Request for Quotations



Cumberland County College is currently participating with the Energy Savings Improvement Program as described in PL 2012, c. 55 ( PL 2009, c. 4) and local finance notice 2009-11.



Under this process, we are seeking a NJ Licensed Engineering firm with knowledge of the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP) for determining energy savings to verify the calculations as outlined in an Energy Savings Plan submitted by the District’s selected Energy Services Company (ESCO).



To obtain more detailed RFQ information, please contact coster@cccnj.edu. The full energy plan and the actual calculations will be provided to the selected firm.



Sealed Quotations will be accepted until 3:00 PM Monday Feb. 23, 2015 at the College’s Purchasing office. The College reserves the right to reject Proposals that are not received at the time and in the manner designated by this RFQ. Any and all Proposals may be rejected if deemed by the College to be in its best interests.

REQUEST FOR BIDS for Rental and Installation Commencement Tent, Chairs, and Associated Equipment

Notice is hereby given that The Board of Trustees of Cumberland County College is requesting sealed bids from vendors regarding Rental and Installation of Commencement Tent, Chairs, and Associated Equipment



Sealed bids will be accepted until Friday February 27, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. EST in the Administration Building’s’ Finance Office. It is anticipated that the College’s Board of Trustees will award the contract at its regularly scheduled March meeting on Thursday March 19, 2015.
