The following change is being made to the date of the LOCAL PRINT SERVICES RFQ acceptance:

 

Original RFQ acceptance opening date was May 28, 2014

 

New RFQ acceptance opening date is June 11, 2014

LOCAL PRINT SERVICES

Notice is hereby given that Qualifications for Local Printing Services will be received by Cumberland County College, Purchasing Office, 3322 College Drive, Vineland NJ, 08360 until 2:00 PM EDT on Wednesday, May 28, 2014. RFQ Documents are available by emailing coster@cccnj.edu.



Qualifications shall be made on the forms provided in the manner prescribed therein and submitted in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the respondent and the RFQ name “Printing Services”. No proposals will be accepted after the date and time specified above. Proposals may not be faxed, e-mailed or transmitted over the telephone. The College reserves the right to waive informality in any bid, or as permitted by law to reject any or all bids submitted and to make awards in the best interest of the College.



Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 and all duly adopted Affirmative Action Regulations. All respondents shall comply with Business Registration Act P.L. 2004, c. 57, and proof of your registration with the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue, must be submitted.



Proposals are solicited through a Fair & Open process in accordance with the law N.J.S.A. 19:44A – 20.4 et seq.

Notice is hereby given that Bids for Custodial Supplies will be received by Cumberland County College, Purchasing Office, 3322 College Drive, Vineland NJ, 08360 until 3:00 PM EDT on Wednesday, May 28, 2014. BID Documents are available by emailing coster@cccnj.edu.
