Registration Information

Cumberland County has recently received a grant that pays the full tuition for many healthcare courses and the advanced manufacturing program for qualified students. If you are currently unemployed or underemployed and are interested in making a career change into one of these fields, call for a referral to see if you are eligible for fully paid tuition for this program.

GI Bill

Students who have served in the military and have saved through the GI Bill can apply those funds to non-credit training. In some cases, spouses may also be eligible.

DVR (NJ Division of Vocational Rehabilitation)

The New Jersey Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS) provides services that enable individuals with disabilities to find jobs or keep their existing jobs. If you think you might qualify, talk to your counselor or contact someone in the county today. Contact the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services, Bridgeton Office, 40 E. Refund Policies

Professional Development and Certificate Training

Students will receive a 100% refund up to the first day of class. From Day 1 up to 25% of the total number of classes held, students will receive a 50% refund of the entire course amount for the class. No refunds will be issued beyond this period.

All Others

A full refund will be issued if a course is dropped five business days prior to the first day of class, less the cost of a $10 processing fee.

Class Cancellation

The Workforce Education Alliance reserves the right to cancel a course entirely or to change the time, location or instructor. In the event a course is changed, students will be notified. Notification of course change or cancellation will be made by phone call or e-mail.

When you register for a class, if a room has not yet been assigned, we will contact you with that information as soon as it becomes available.

Dates Colleges are Closed

The colleges will be closed on the following dates: Sept 3 Labor Day; Oct 8 Columbus Day; Nov 22-24 Thanksgiving and Dec 24-26 Christmas.
